Account and Data Deletion
This page explains how Euro Habesha users can request permanent account deletion and removal of associated personal data.
How to Request Deletion
- Open the Euro Habesha app.
- Go to Profile Settings.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm.
If you cannot access the app, send a request by email to support@eurhabesha.com from the same email used in your account.
What Data Is Deleted
- Account profile data linked to your user ID.
- User-submitted profile information stored in our database.
- Associated app token records and account-related metadata where applicable.
Retention and Exceptions
Deletion is processed as soon as possible after confirmation. Some records may be retained only if required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention reasons.
